There are some important things for every parent/carer to be aware of before a player joins Sporting Club Merseyside.

Behaviour & First Aid

Firstly, you must be familiar with our Terms & Conditions. We outline our expectations for behaviour at our club, and explain our first aid policy.

These are non-negotiable, and every parent / carer / player must agree to them in the form below.

Image Consent

Secondly, it’s important that you have read our Image Policy. Parents and carers may choose to adapt their consent, and redact consent at any time by emailing office@sportingclubmerseyside.com.

First Aid Consent

I understand that if my child is injured during a session and I am not present, one of the club's qualified First Aiders will treat my child. If the injury requires hospital treatment I consent to a team member accompanying my child to hospital.

Image Consent

I give my permission for Sporting Club Merseyside (Elite Youth Football Development Ltd) to use images of my child in future publications, social media posts or coaching analysis as outlined in the image policy.
